    • Managing your NDIS plan can be a very difficult and time-consuming process. The NDIS plan structure can also be very confusing for new NDIS participants. You will want to choose the best possible support for the unique needs of your or your loved one’s disability. Advantage Plan NDIS Management is here to help you understand and make full use of the resources available for you or your loved ones under the NDIS. Our dedicated plan managers will help you to plan the best use of the NDIS. Signing up with Advantage Plan Management is as simple as completing this online registration form. Once submitted, Advantage Plan Management will access the NDIS Portal and complete the necessary plan managed service booking on your behalf. Invoice/s in relation to your plan managed support can be submitted to Advantage Plan Management by emailing [email protected]. For invoices to be processed, they need to be authorised by the participant / authorised representative through these methods: 1. Emailing the invoice to us through the participant or authorised representative email address (as above); 2. Physically signed by the participant/nominee then sent to us (scanned via email or mail to PO Box 26, Walla Walla NSW 2659)
